I have created this experience to make a unique experience, personal where I will take you to the most emblematic point in the heart of Lisbon, visiting some old buildings and much more. Also by cycling in a safe route, flat and most of the time in a cycle path. This tour is more than a tour, it will be an unforgettable experience of your holiday in Lisboa.
Cycling from Lisbon to Belém is a great adventure where you will feel free by cycling and also learing about the Portuguese Age of of discoveries by discovering the most important monuments such as the Monastery of Jeronimos, the Belem Tower, the Padrao dos Descubrimentos and other interesting point that make part of this exclusive itinerary. Also I am always providing many recomendations about places for shopping, food and any other important information to make your stay an amazing time in the beautiful Portugal.
The tour will be finishing in Belém area in case we take the Gira Bike. If we are using other rented bikes we will have to ride back to the center of Lisbon to leave the bikes.
I highly advise to use the Gira bikes as they are great although the App and the payment to rent the bike is only by Paypal, and some of you do not have an account but is easy and free to create.
NOTE We will use the public bikes, Bicicletas de Lisboa. Before the tour, you will have to install the GIRA APP on your phone and complete the registration process to get the bike when starting the tour. Meeting point (Marques de Pombal roundabout, in the Gira bike station). The “day pass “to rent out the bike can only be purchased through PayPal payment.
If you do not feel to use the Gira Bikes, then we can get other electric bikes with an additional cost of 15€.
